- Objectives are qualitative directional statements - Eg. Recruit an A Grade Analytics team
- HR Objectives typically include areas like - Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Training & Development, Compensation, Benefits and Labour Relations
HR Key Results
- Key Results are the means to achieve an objective (The “How to achieve”)
- Key Results should be measurable, tracked regularly, ambitious, yet achievable
- A HR Key Result example would be , “Recruit at least 10 Data Science Professionals this quarter”
